旅館座落於Tangram 斑尾東急滑雪場旁邊，屬於斑尾山兩個滑雪場之一，平均每年冬季積雪量達300-400 厘米，持有斑尾全山䌫車票可穿梭兩個滑雪場。 從旅館步行至斑尾東急六號䌫車站只有30米，可實現ski in/out 住宿距離。
滑雪活動及周邊活動
Tangram 斑尾滑雪場共有15條滑道，級別分佈為初學者30%，中級40%及高級30%，滑行距離達2.5公里，可照顧不同程度的滑雪愛好者。當然，對於愛好挑戰難度的滑雪者，斑尾擁有全日本最出名的林間滑道及多條非壓雪滑道，相信能滿足到各不同程度滑雪愛好者的需求。 如客人想多嘗試不同的滑雪場，酒店毗鄰約20分鐘車程的野澤溫泉滑雪場及妙高滑雪場，均為一個不錯的選擇。 除滑雪活動，酒店夏天亦為一個不錯的避暑勝地，週邊亦有多種不同類型的活動滿客人的需求，如：哥爾夫球及網球，越野單車，攀山活動欣賞時節植物及花卉，而斑尾山頂上的野尻湖，距離酒店約10分鐘車程，除被列入日本避暑聖地之一，更提供多類形的水上活動，以供遊客參加。
